Marketing project management with Jira Core
Marketing departments are made up of various teams: email, content, PR, product, etc. Though each is charged with different tasks, they all have something in common: they must manage projects and deliver work on time. How advertising agencies use Jira for business development
People at Helios Interactive realized Jira could be used for all sorts of different use cases throughout the agency. The more Jira spread, the more teams wanted to use it. For business development, Helios uses Jira to track the entire client pipeline, from the first meeting to the last. 6 steps to better release management in Jira
In a DevOps world, work is often merged to master multiple times a day, but it’s not always easy to know when changes ship. Developers have full control over deploying their changes to customers which makes it extra important that those changes are tracked. The good news is that teams can automate much of this process using Jira or Jira Service Desk. Here are six actionable steps for better release management in the Jira platform.

Super-powered continuous delivery with Git
Developing as a team can be messy. You’re trying to understand which pieces of code everyone is working on, trying to make sure changes don’t conflict, trying to find defects before your customers do, and trying to keep everyone connected with the project up to date on how things are progressing. As it turns out, each of those problems is addressed by either Git branching or continuous delivery.

A guide to setting up business workflows using Jira Core
When we surveyed users in 2014, we discovered that roughly a third of our customers used Jira for non-software projects. But despite the diversity of the businesses, there was a common denominator to their Jira use: non-software teams needed workflows to track work. That’s why we created Jira Core.
Meet the new gold standard in workflow automation
I’ve been called many things by many people, and “borderline OCD” is one that pops up more frequently than I should probably admit. It’s just so satisfying when my own records match those of my bank… when I know the next three turns I need to make when driving to someplace new… when the issues on […]
My life runs on Jira: sommelier edition
Nobody will ever accuse me of being a wine snob, what with my unsophisticated palate and refusal to spend over $30 per bottle. But I know what I like, and when I find something I like, I tend to grab a few bottles to have on hand. This has led to me to build up a […]
