This year, we’ve made significant strides to enhance the program, focusing on trust, security, and enterprise readiness to empower our partners in crafting top-tier apps and solutions for Atlassian customers.

Program Highlights:

  • Level Requirements: We’ve set clear sales thresholds for each level, emphasizing cloud offerings. Silver partners need $150K, Gold $750K, and Platinum $3M in cloud sales.
  • Forge App Sales: New sales requirements for Forge apps are in place, with Gold partners needing $10K and Platinum $150K in annual gross sales.
  • Security and Compliance: Enhanced security measures are mandatory. Gold and Platinum partners must meet SOC II Type 2 or ISO27001:2022 standards.
  • Bug Bounty Program: Participation is required to boost security for all public paid cloud apps.

New Benefits:

  • Internal Use Credits: Up to $300,000 for Platinum partners.
  • Enhanced Support: More frequent access to Atlassian support and Partner Development Managers.
  • Co-Marketing Opportunities: Custom analytics and prioritized co-marketing for higher levels.
  • Security Tools: Free access to security tools and early access to Atlassian programs.

The Marketplace Partner Program levels are determined based on revenue, security, trust compliance, and customer support. These criteria demonstrate partners’ exceptional performance and alignment with Atlassian’s vision and strategy.
