Introducing Workflows For Your Blueprints
Following the succesful release of Ad hoc Canvas Blueprints for Confluence 5.1, Comalatech have now integrated Ad hoc Workflows functionality directly into Confluence Blueprints.
Blueprints provide your organization with ideas and structure so you can get started creating Confluence content right away. Ad hoc Workflows helps you to automate reviews, approvals and publishing.
Workflow Your Blueprints
How do they work together? You can now attach Workflows directly to your Blueprints! Attaching a Workflow to a Blueprint template instantly adds Workflow functionality to your pages.
To further automate the page approval process, Ad hoc Workflows now includes a Requirements Workflow, which uses the data provided through the Blueprint template to assign page reviewers.
Notifications
Each time an approval request is generated, Ad hoc Workflows sends a Workbox notification.
Reporting
Remain up to date with what stage your Workflow is at by viewing the page history or new status bar.
Ad hoc Workflows also provides advanced reporting so you can manage all your documents by page states.
You can also attach a Workflow by selecting from a range of bundled Workflows or customize your own to suit your needs.
