To kick off our new fiscal year, we’re planning on investing $20 million in new hires for our Sydney office alone. In fact, we’re looking to hire 100 passionate folks for our engineering, marketing and support departments this quarter. Recruiting top talent from here and around the world is a huge priority for us. Last year we launched several successful campaigns including a “We’re Coming to Steal Your Geeks” European Roadshow where we hired more than 15 engineers in 15 days; and Hack House, a week-long induction program where new graduate hires spent a week in a vacation house surfing and coding. We also offer unique employee perks including quarterly programming contests, bi-coastal internship programs and all-expenses-paid relocation packages.
