The Massive Teams track has something for every user or admin, whether you’re in a major enterprise or a small but growing company. Sessions include:
- Making an impact in the enterprise – Rolling out software in the enterprise is no easy feat. Learn first-hand from Atlassian customers about how to get executive buy-in (Dave Sokolowski, Symantec), drive end-user adoption and governance (Rebecca Glassman, Opower), and make a difference in the enterprise (Nick Good, Virgin Media). With Julie Bort of BusinessInsider as the moderator, our panel of experts from companies like LG Electronics, Symantec, Appfire and Autodesk will discuss how to tackle everything from executive and IT buy-in to end-user adoption and governance.
- Agile at scale – While every development team strives to do agile right, managing multi-team deployments requires taking agile to another level. In this track, we will explore popular approaches for successfully scaling agile including the Enterprise Agility Model (Damon Poole, Eliassen Group) and the Scaled Agile Framework (Sander Brienen, Avisi).
- Mastering administration – Atlassian admins are the unsung heroes for every large deployment.
