Jira 3.9.3 Released

We have just released Jira 3.9.3 today, which includes 7 bug fixes and new German and French translations. The French and German language packs have been completely rewritten and are much more comprehensive. The administration sections of Jira are now completely translated thanks to the help of a professional translation company.
