Atlassian Connector for Eclipse 2.0 – Better Crucible reviews and more

The latest release of the Atlassian Connector for Eclipse is now available. This version of the Eclipse plugin introduces significant improvements for using Atlassian’s Crucible code review tool on your desktop, as well as heaps of bug fixes and minor improvements.

Review and edit code – At the same time!

The new Crucible Review perspective allows you to work on the review as well as the file content at the same time. You can navigate, view/add/remove comments and more; all without having to switch back and forth between the two. The Crucible Review perspective also organises your workspace into a logical layout that makes working with reviews even easier.

More ways to create and update reviews

We’ve added a number of new ways for you to create pre or post-commit reviews in your Eclipse IDE. This release also introduces the ability to add files to a review without having to launch Crucible’s Web-based interface.
In addition to these major improvements for Crucible users, Atlassian Connector for Eclipse 2.0 includes over 100 bug fixes and small improvements
