Creating issues from your iPhone

It’s been a while since the last update but I’ve finally gotten around to working a little more on my 20% project, the Jira iPhone web-interface.
What is the iPhone web-interface? It’s a plugins 2 plugin that can be deployed to a Jira instance. Once deployed, any user accessing your Jira instance will get redirected to a more iPhone friendly web-interface for Jira. With the latest release (version 0.6) the following features are now available:

Since the last release the UI’s been completely re-written with jQTouch providing a much cleaner and faster UI. The plugin now works with Jira 4.1 and it is now possible to create issues on the go (the most requested feature so far). Currently creating issues is limited to the following fields, but hopefully more will follow soon:

So what’s left on the roadmap? Adding more fields both to the view issue and create issue screens has the highest priority at the moment followed closely by edit issue functionality.
So feel free to give the plugin a go and leave any feedback on this blog or create reviews on the plugin’s homepage.
