Celebrating 6 months of recruitment and our successful recruiters program

After we caused a stir amongst the recruitment community when in October last year we decided to do things a little differently.

The rules were simple. All recruiters were welcome to submit candidates. On our site they could automatically select how many candidates their agency wishes to put forward. The fees reduce if they wished to refer more candidates. The maximum number of candidate referrals was 4.

Our challenge to recruiters is pretty straight forward – if you’ve got awesome candidates – you don’t just flick us candidates – and you take the time to deliver quality (and reduce our workload), then we’re happy to work with you longer term. The results:

Successful recruiters

Charterhouse has been a long time partner with Atlassian helping us in the development space and finding some awesome talent along the way.

Atlassian’s unique approach to partnering with Australian recruitment firms will put even the most successful recruiter to the test.

Much like Atlassian, Charterhouse Consultants strive to be number 1. Through our partnership with Atlassian, Charterhouse Account Managers, Sean McCartan (Technology) and Rachel Madeley (Accounting & Finance) have been successful in meeting the high expecations set by Atlassian’s recruitment model.

Rookie recruits is a new addition the Atlassian recruiter family helping young, ‘rookie’
rockstars take the first step from university to full time work. Why Rookie recruits got involved;

The reason that we were happy to “have a crack” was that from the outside we were able to get a sense of the type of organisation that Atlassian is (awesome)..We are over the moon to have been successful…and look forward to a long & mutually beneficial relationship launching superstar’s careers within an exceptional company.

Coming from a recruitment background in Insurance, Finance and Legal Alistair’s Citywide Personneltreated this very much like a search job:

Atlassian’s Recruitment Terms & Conditions might seem ‘tough’ but CityWide Personnel found them appealing, innovative and unique… It also gave us an incentive to be rewarded for putting forward one ‘star candidate’.

Then later this year Hamilton Blake put forward some awesome candidates
I first read about Atlassian in a newspaper article late last year… The thought of signing up to Atlassian’s T&C’s was a challenge that I welcomed. To provide only a few candidates and only have one chance to become a business partner to Atlassian was a tough but fair process. I’m very excited to now be working with Atlassian.

Thanks all!
