Team ’25 Europe: AI that’s changing the game for teams
Welcome to Barcelona!
We’re on the ground at a sold-out Team ‘25 Europe event, and you can really feel the excitement. AI is transforming teamwork like never before. It’s a once-in-a-generation shift. We believe teams collaborating with AI will be a company’s biggest competitive advantage, and we’re shipping now to help our customers see that impact.
Just one year ago, we announced the general availability of Rovo from this same Barcelona stage. Rovo is Atlassian’s AI—connecting knowledge, people, and workflows so your teams move faster. Customers love what Rovo can do: Today, Atlassian’s AI capabilities are trusted by more than three million people, Rovo Chat usage has grown more than 50x in the last six months, and Rovo agents have already orchestrated a massive 2.4M of our customers’ business workflows.
With Rovo connected to Atlassian and our internal systems, all 35,000 users can ask questions in plain language and get instant answers. Experts reclaim their time, knowledge is easy to access, and the team can deliver high-quality products faster.”
– Tobias Langjahr, Product Manager, Mercedes-Benz
At a time when organizations are reporting scattered productivity gains from AI rather than company-wide impact, Rovo is an exception. Rovo doesn’t do siloes. This is AI that integrates with all the apps in your system of work. It’s powered by all of your company’s knowledge by way of the Teamwork Graph and accelerates not just individuals or teams, but the entire organization.
With so many customers embracing our AI vision, we’re not slowing down.
We’ve been busy packing Rovo full of new AI-powered skills, smarts, and places to transform your workday. We’re also introducing the Software and Service Collections, while adding even more AI horsepower to the Teamwork and Strategy Collections we unveiled earlier this year. All of this in service of building a system of work that will keep our customers competitive over the next decade, with AI at the center.

Rovo: AI that knows everything, works everywhere, helps everyone
We’re embedding Rovo across every surface, for every team, and connecting it to everything an organization knows. By the end of the year, Rovo will be rolled out to all paid subscribers. And soon we will launch the Rovo mobile app, which will be available even to teams who don’t use Atlassian (yet!) for $5 per user.

On top of that, we’re leveling up Rovo across the board:
- Rovo Search is already powerful—78% of surveyed Rovo users say it gives them more accurate results than other tools. Now it’s coming to even more places: Rovo Search will soon be the default search experience in Jira, rolling out to everyone by early next year.
- Rovo Chat is adding memory and real-time collaboration, as well as Skills: 100+ out-of-the-box modular capabilities from Atlassian, partners, and customers, that can be invoked in chat, agents, and other AI workflows.
- Rovo Studio is getting even easier to build with than ever. Studio will soon let anyone build secure, production-ready agents and Forge apps directly within Atlassian tools—in plain English. Catch up on all the Rovo details here.
Introducing Atlassian’s Software Collection

The new Software Collection is uniquely positioned to bring together AI-powered apps and actionable insights across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Comprising of Rovo Dev, Bitbucket, Pipelines, Compass, and our newest addition, DX, Software Collection is designed so engineering leaders can see exactly where teams are stuck—and why—and know whether their AI investments are truly driving results.
As part of the Collection, Rovo Dev is now generally available for planning, coding, reviews, and automating repetitive work at scale. Rovo Dev accelerates the SDLC by removing friction, improving code quality, and keeping developers in flow. Read more here.
Introducing Atlassian’s Service Collection

The Service Collection is a new collection of apps and AI agents that unites Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Assets into a single AI-powered solution. These leading apps are now sold together to deliver smarter, faster service and help prevent and respond to issues, ensuring services stay up and running and customers and employees get the help they need, right when they need it. At Atlassian, our mission is to unleash the potential of every team, and I am more inspired by that mission than ever. Moments like this are why we build—the opportunity to reimagine how work gets done for 300,000 organizations and millions of teams across the world.
A big thank you to our customers and partners, both here in Barcelona and watching digitally. Enjoy Team ’25 Europe!
