A psychologist at heart, Pega has spent most of her academic and professional career studying and understanding humans. She earned her doctoral degree in quantitative psychology, where she learned how to employe the best methods to capture human attributes. Since graduating in 2016, Pega has been putting those skills to practice in the People Analytics space.
